Customer care
Clear answers.
Before you choose.
What is available today and where to begin.
Can I order now?
No. The first collection is in preparation. Product ordering, customization requests and reading bookings are not currently open.
What will the collection include?
The collection is being developed around objects, personalization and a distinct space for reflection. Individual products and available options will be described when released.
What is the moving diagram?
A contemporary decorative composition using eight trigrams, a nine-part grid and a taiji form. It is not a reading instrument or a claim to ritual authority.
Can I stop the movement?
Yes. Use the pause control in the header. The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Does a symbol promise a particular outcome?
No. Personal or cultural meaning does not guarantee changes to health, wealth, relationships or future events.
Where do you ship, and can I return an item?
Delivery destinations, charges and item-specific cancellation and return terms will be published before ordering opens. No worldwide delivery offer or return window is currently advertised.
Can I send my birth information?
No. No personal-reading intake is open. Do not send birth, health, financial or private relationship information.
